This review is for the customer service people....Steve the tech is a gift. He does great work and I can always count on his. The customer service people who schedule leave A LOT to be desired. I have a maintenance contract where I pay in advance each year for 1 air conditioner check and 1 one furnace check based on the season. They schedule me for weeks out because I request first morning visits. Do better! You had so much room, but here you are park right in front of my driveway.
It was one of those hot, miserable days when my ac stopped working. It only took a phone call and Paul Betlyn was out to do an emergency repair. While here Paul explained that the only way to fix the problem permanently was to purchase a new unit. After 27 yrs this seemed to be the logical path. Paul explained in detail my options.
