Dr. Alexander's staff is extremely unprofessional and refused to provide me with dental care after booking an appointment. I booked an appointment for 10AM on Tuesday the day before on Monday. Unfortunately, I get a call from an employee at 9:48AM on Tuesday morning saying they have cancelled my appointment because they need to process insurance a day before. What? Waste of time and money. Gave consult for tooth pain with nothing done about it. Can’t seem to bill insurance properly. Promise treatment plans and never send them. Won’t be back.
