Dr. Nguyen treated my elderly mother when she was admitted to the hospital. He took his time with her, answered her questions, the family questions and made sure we all knew the plan for testing and treatment. I felt confident with his care.
1 hour late for appointment with no apology. Never fails to tell you how great he is. Doesn’t call with important test results. Doesn’t keep telehealth appointments. Talks to impress rather than inform. Doesn’t ask permission to bring interns into appointment. AVOID!
Had an arrogant experience with him.
Dr. Nguyen is an expert Cardiologist-Electrophysiologist, a caring physician to all his patients, and committed to his practice. He deals with life and death situations on a regular basis but despite his busy practice, he still takes time with his patients and ensures that they understand their health condition and plan of care. Dr Ngyuen is very patient and attentive. He answered all my questions thoroughly and the NP have no problem answering my questions when I call. The wait time can be long but if you can get past that it’s worth it
Dr Nguyen is a very caring physician who demonstrates treating the whole patient not just the disease. He is also very involved in helping the community through his Scarf foundation. We are lucky to have him in Sycamore, Dekalb and Elgin. I also disagree with the negative comments.
I met Dr. Nguyen for the first time last week and was impressed with his knowledge. I appreciate him being upfront with me about my condition. He spent over 45 minutes with me explaining everything to me and my wife. I wish that I had come here sooner.
Arrogant and unable to diagnose correctly!
The most arrogant Dr I have ever met. Does not explain anything and thinks his word is the only one that counts.
