Kymber, her assistant, and Paul are so amazing to work with. Very communicative, friendly, and overall good people. I was in the worst car accident of my entire life 3 years ago and was really stuck in a position of not knowing what to do.. Kymber Lattin was amazing! She explain the whole process and was patient. After 3 years of a battle with car insurance she fought hard for my seattlement and I am very pleases with the outcome. I will say that some of the staff in the front weren't always nice or pleasant to talk to, as will as Kymber assistent, sometimes she was snappy or short. However, Kymber was fantastic, I'm very grateful for her.
Kymber Lattin is amazing! She was very compassionate and seemed like she truly had my best interests at heart. Apart from that, she was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things thoroughly and clearly. I felt like she set up clear expectations the entire process and every time I reached out to the office, I got timely responses. I have recommended her to others before and will continue to do so.
