Working with Paul Gunder to sell our father’s home was an exceptional experience. Paul was not only our realtor but also a dear, long-time friend of our dad, who frequently worked with Paul as a contractor. That personal connection made a meaningful difference during a difficult time. Paul’s professionalism, guidance, and dedication were outstanding. My sister and I are incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
