Ernest was instrumental in connecting me to a claims agent, who helped us immediately with our roof. within 24 hours, there was a contractor at my home, covering over the possible leak area from hail damage. Jazmin was very helpful. She proactively noticed changes to my account that warranted policy changes and worked with me quickly to make sure I was appropriately covered.
I am too disappointed of this agency they the worst customer service .the staff Never contact you back the owner provide his personal cell phone number pretending have a personally care about the costumer and when you call him he is rude and mad because you are using his private life time plus if you ask for discounts or bonus trying to get a better price apparently is a sin asking for that . I am not recommend at all this place .
