The office was great until I got hit. Allstate didn't come to bat to defend me, accepted liability and doubled my insurance policy. The total payout for the fender bender was just over $2k, they charged me twice that before I cancelled. Then my wife gets rear ended. Police and EMTS on scene, everyone is ok but we made sure we had evidence of the other party at fault. Ernest was instrumental in connecting me to a claims agent, who helped us immediately with our roof. within 24 hours, there was a contractor at my home, covering over the possible leak area from hail damage. They also set up from this point, an appointment with an adjuster within a weeks time. Thanks for the efficiency Ernest in getting the ball rolling!!!
