A banker named Mohamed was absolutely horrible and incredibly rude. He was very slow to complete even the simplest task, lacked basic communication skills (he needed information repeated multiple times before he understood), and refused to admit his mistakes—choosing instead to raise his voice at me. Had to reset my forgotten debit card PIN. The cashier was friendly, helpful and knew exactly what to do. The only complaint was the wait time, which seemed due to there not being enough workers for the number of customers (I did arrive toward the end of the day, which is probably a busier time).
