Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had I deposited cash at this branch while working in the area (I live over an hour away), and the teller failed to return my driver’s license. When I called to arrange for it to be mailed to the address clearly listed on the license, they refused without providing any real explanation. One of the bankers was absolutely horrible and incredibly rude. He was very slow to complete even the simplest task, lacked basic communication skills (he needed information repeated multiple times before he understood), and refused to admit his mistakes—choosing instead to raise his voice at me. This was my experience over two separate encounters.
