We had Paul inspect a house that we planned to renovate. We knew their were issues with the house and were fine with the ones that we could see. The sill on the house was completely rotted out and missing in certain spots. We feel that had Paul been more thorough, he would have found this. He also listed on his report that the 2nd floor was 2x10s, it was actually 2x6s that were 20 on center.
