I tried to work with both Gosia and Erik and they refused to send us a copy of the finalized lease before signing day. They kept sending partial screenshots of documents but ultimately never sent any finalized lease proposal before signing day. Then on signing day we felt we were being pressured into signing without being able to have adequate time to read over everything and the deal fell apart due to refusal to allow us to take time to read the document before signing. Recently attempted to use this agency for a deal. If you’re googling them to see what people think, look at all the one star reviews this agency has before making your decision. They are rude, unprofessional, unaccountable, and frequent “miscommunications.” Don’t bother reaching out to Miriam Gold. The misbehavior of her staff is not a concern to her. These people care about what’s best for them and nothing else and that’s now what you want in the person you’re relying on to help you through the renting or buying process.
I appreciate this women, Miriam Gold, to no end.. She rented my mom's house out for 16 years and then in 2016, after my mother had passed, Miriam helped me sell the house. During what could have been a most emotional time, Miriam quickly made it a seamless & satisfying transaction. I highly recommend her as a seasoned & professional realtor who knows her stuff & is on your side!.
I highly recommend this office for any real estate needs. Miriam Gold and her team are the best realtors on the south shore. They give personalized attention to each and every property and they go above and beyond to exceed their clients expectations. They truly treat their clients like family, you won't get that kind of service from other brokerages.
Very bad experience with them. Never had an open house.let me close without the buyers bringing money to the closing. Just a horrible experience all around. A nightmare experience. Would never recommend.
