Extremely dishonest broker in Miriam Gold. Miriam reneged after agreeing to terms with a buyer and is unprofessional.
Overall pleasant experience. Erik showed us a listing we requested to see and was pretty chill. Responded fairly quick, kept us updated, got all our questions answered, had no issues. He even left church early to show us the same place twice right before signing. Went to their office to finalize things, Miriam was both friendly and professional. Would genuinely reccomend, good people.

I tried to work with both Gosia and Erik and they refused to send us a copy of the finalized lease before signing day. They kept sending partial screenshots of documents but ultimately never sent any finalized lease proposal before signing day. Then on signing day we felt we were being pressured into signing without being able to have adequate time to read over everything and the deal fell apart due to refusal to allow us to take time to read the document before signing. Recently attempted to use this agency for a deal. If you’re googling them to see what people think, look at all the one star reviews this agency has before making your decision. They are rude, unprofessional, unaccountable, and frequent “miscommunications.” Don’t bother reaching out to Miriam Gold. The misbehavior of her staff is not a concern to her. These people care about what’s best for them and nothing else and that’s now what you want in the person you’re relying on to help you through the renting or buying process.
