Beware of this realtor Be very careful while dealing with this establishment. Worst landlord ever and an even worse person. Not trustworthy or ethical.
READ the reviews before dealing with this guy. He is RUDE, he can't stand women that actually stand up to him. He rigs anything and everything that needs to be fixed. He is all nice and sweet while showing you the rental place but as soon as you sign your lease he treats you as if you are beneath him. He has no communication skills what so ever. Every time you call the office, no one is there. You are trash to him if you rent. He will look you in the face and flat out lie to you. DO your homework before renting for this guy.... read more
Hey. I currently renting form paul garrett and it's not right. I talk to him about the house I'm renting form him and it's like he doesn't want to hear about it or talk about it. He put a new fence up for the people next to me in the back and leaves the old fence in my back yard and never came back and pick it up or get somebody to pick it up. He doesn't have his own lawn people so if you rent form him be ready to cut your own grass because he's not going to pay someone to cut it for. It's in the contract that he cuts the gr... read more
Scammer was a renter with Pat Garrett and when he passed Paul took his duplexs and other properties and broke off on his own. Never was I told of this so let me remind you that my lease was with PAT GARRATT not Paul. To start in my lease I paid a pet deposit, and pet fees. The fees were none refundable and I agreed to that. Then on the lease my cable was added in and they paid the cable company as they received a large discount my duing this for the complex. Satisfied Customer Paul has helped me with one of my properties for nearly 10 years. He has kept the property rented, managed tenant issues and repairs, and his prices have been reasonable.

Very disatisfied customer! – Everyone be forewarned! I have had the great disatisfaction of service that was provided by Paul Garrett and his "team." I will warn all of you who are considering from hiring him as you property manager. He will present himself as having a professional business with plenty of help.
