I have been seeing ophthalmologists my entire life, and this is the worst one, by far, that I have ever visited. The office staff was incredibly unprofessional and uninformed. My husband and I were the only patients there and it took 1+ hour for our exam. The doctor did not say one word to us for our entire exam and explain nothing to us. They also could not give us our pupillary distance. The doctor refused to do it and the office staff didn't know how. They told us to come back a different day. I have been going to Dr Wagner's office for about 5 years.. I see Dr Stephen Wagner.. I have always found the staff there to be professional and friendly. When I needed a change in my contacts I was ordered a trial lens to make sure it would work for me. I have had cataract surgery done on both eyes. Recently I had a secondary cataract taken care of. I feel I have received excellent care from Dr Wagner and his staff..My vision is the best it has EVER been.
