My mom did not have a good experience with the care she received at this office. They insisted she would need to sign a form stating she will return at least 8 times for treatment before they examined her thoroughly or made any effort to give her relief from the pain she was experiencing. Her first 2 visits consisted of X-ray, 4 minute ultrasound/tens unit treatment, mild adjustment, then consent to 8 more treatments.
