Both doctors are very professional, thorough and personable with patients. My third grade son and daughter first brought us to Louetta Family Vision in 2008. Now all of my family is extremely satisfied with their knowledge and skills! DR Harter and his staff are great!
My family has been seeing Dr. Harter for 27 years. He’s and his staff are very considerate and work hard to meet the needs of their patients. My son is a diabetic and has seen both Dr Harter and also other ophthalmologists because of insurance requirements and Dr Harter always has the same results in his extensive testing. We have every confidence in him. Great Dr.
