Wonderful experience! Rasha and Dr Esteso were so easy to talk to, they were thorough with everything. I felt cared for as a patient, beginning to end. Looking forward to my next appointment!
Made appointment using open care, called before leaving for appointment. Waited 30 min, filled new patient form which " requires" absurd stuff like upload photo, provide "future" dentist number, provide pharmacy number. Since they couldn't see me, asked to reschedule and now they dont have an appointment for next one month. Wasted 1 hrs for nothing.
My experience at Dr. Paul Esteso’s office was excellent. I originally booked my appointment through the OpenCare platform, and the entire process—from scheduling to confirmation—was smooth and well-coordinated between OpenCare and Dr. Paul’s office. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, especially Deborah, who took the time to walk me through the details of my next appointment, the estimated costs, and the recommended treatment plan.
