A lady calls to confirm eval & says it’s for both kids when I told her that 1 already was evaluated & has seen a therapist for a couple months already. Tries to tell me about about a completely different child’s chart & says “ is this his birth “ which was not my child’s birthday. Then says “ stop confusing me “ . Absolutely love Ava , Justin, Tanya & Marci but the costumer service on this lady’s part lacks. Very disappointed I been with them for 1 year already & never had problems. I called this morning to schedule an appt for a relative but the wait was long so I signed for a callback. lShe called me back very quickly and the staff member was very kind, patient and informative as to what needed to be done in order to assist and get assistance for my relative. For that I am thankful.

My children had been going to Center for Health Care since 2016 and I have to say their customer service has gone down over the past few years. The services they provide the children is great but they need to work better on their customer service. I called today to confirm an appointment and the lady put me on hold for over 35 minutes. If I could give them zero stars I would
