My original post was deleted so I'll post again. Young inexperienced Doctor was not able to diagnose my sacroilitis and refused to treat me sending me away w pain killers delaying my correct diagnosis and treatment for years. I will not forget. Literally kicked out saying "I can't help you"
My overall experience at OrthoNeuro in Westerville was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the wait time was short. Dr. Eichenseer could not have been more “down to earth” yet is an expert in what he does. He explains in simple terms and really listens to you.
Dr. Eichenseer provided treatment options for my chronic back pain that have very much improved my quality of life. Cares about his patients and ensures you understand treatment options so you can make an informed decision.
The doctor was extremely professional kind and genuinely concerned about my condition have not got a result, as I have to have a test, but will be doing a follow up appointment with him
