As a team, we remind each other that everyone that walks through that door, has some degree of of anxiety about what we are doing today. We will explain what we are doing before we start and usually updates as we go along. Some patients dont like this but we will catch this in The New Patient Exam. This exam is thorough and requires 90 mins but you will be amazed at the thoroughness!
