I brought my dad in to see Dr. Papierski and the team, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received. Dr. Papierski was fantastic. He was very thorough in explaining my dad’s fractures and took his time making sure my dad fully understood everything. His patience and calm demeanor helped put us both at ease. The 1st time I met the Dr. I was impressed and his demeanor, his concerns and how compassionate he was. I had NO problem w/receptionist and their therapist were all awesome. I loved the one that was working there temporally, then was going to Elmhurst or somewhere. She was very concerned about the black cast needed to be readjusted because the swelling was going down. She was awesome. I will always go to Dr. Paul with any hand issues.. wonder if he could fix my elbow.. too much arthritis…

The Dr Paul is good but the office staff is so bad specially a girl name Michelle she is very rude and when I told her is is rude she hang up the phone on me then I called back and she would not pick up the phone so I called from a different phone and right away she answered the phone because of she didn't know it was me again

Eventhough he was running late I can't give him less than 5 stars! By his initial greeting I could tell he actually looked at my paperwork before entering. During our conversation it became clear to me that his ego doesn't enter into his performance, and I am completely at ease scheduling my surgery with him going forward.
