Love the doctor. Hate the practice. I was supposed to have a nose appointment Tuesday and an ear one today. They called me Monday telling me they want to talk to me about my two appointments. I was on my way to the appointment Tuesday and I thought to check my app to make sure I’m going to the right location. But my appointment was gone! Wow.
