I can say without any reservation that Dr. Lapco is the best doctor I've ever dealt with in my entire life. He's been my ENT for several years now. Through his guidance, we tried different options to resolve my medical condition. We started conservatively and ultimately ended up having to do surgery. I have sinus issues for years (5 surgeries) and have seen many ENTs. Dr. Lapco is a terrific doctor; he genuinely cares, explains things really well and just seems like an overall nice person. The office staff is great and wait times are short. I had to go through allergy testing when I started with Dr. Lapco and that was a good experience as well.
I went in for my ear and the staff was amazing everyone was so nice and polite and didn't had to wait that long to get in. Dr. Lapco was very nice and in detail of what was going on. I will be coming back for allergy testing.

My first visit there and I was very impressed! The staff and Dr. Lapco were terrific. They were all kind, professional, and very hospitable. After filling out the required paperwork, I was seen within minutes. More importantly, they took the time to evaluate my issues. Unlike in some other offices where you wait longer than you care for, and once you're in the consultation is over in a blink of an eye, this doctor visit was the complete opposite. Two thumbs up for Dr. Lapco and his entire staff!

Great doctor it seemed. Until they call you like a collector asking for money when you were not even aware a balance was due. Make certain everything they do to diagnose you is covered by your insurance, ask questions. Otherwise you get a nasty phone call without any care for the patient. I also keep getting appointment reminders texts emails and phone calls for a patient named Belinda who I am not. I'd think twice about ever using this office.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to let future patients know about my experience at Dr. Lapcos office. My first encounter with the front desk was wonderful. The girls were polite, caring and very efficient. I was then taken to the room by the medical assistant who was sweet and attentive and answered my questions and showed empathy towards my ailment.
