My first appointment with Paul Maddux, MD was entirely satisfactory in every respect. He gave my wife and me ample time and opportunity to have all our questions and concerns addressed. At no time did we feel at all time constrained or hurried during our examination and consultation.
Dr. Maddux is courteous, knowledgeable and Professional.
I felt completely invisible. I believe he had me mixed up with another patient. When I asked the staff about it, they were very rude. The notes in my chart were incorrect and my ECG was poor quality. He ordered a pharmacological stress test which was totally unnecessary. This is life and death, I expected more. Being older doesn’t make me unimportant.
Doctor Maddox has taken care of me and other members of my family for years. I have complete confidence in him and I would recommend him to everyone.He is a person that you can talk to and you can understand.
