Dr Burk listened to what I had to say about an issue I was having with my ear. He was thorough with my treatment and explained the process. The treatment was successful. He is very easy to get an appointment and the office waiting time is always short and on time.
Thought I had a problem with my hearing aids and went to have them checked. Was told my ears were clogged with wax and needed to be cleaned before my hearing aids could be tested. Went to Dr. Burk to have them cleaned which did not take long. The following day I went back to get my hearing aids checked and was told my ears are still clogged with wax. I called Dr Burk to question the cleaning and he never returned my call. After a few days went by and not hearing from Dr. Burk I went to another Dr. and had the wax removed. .
I went in because I couldn't hear out of one of my ears. Dr. Burke was very compassionate and explained what was going on in great detail. He prescribed 2 rounds of antibiotics and completed a balloon surgery. I can now hear again! I am so thankful for Dr. Burk. He always made me feel comfortable and made me smile with his sense of humor. I would definitely recommend him!
I am very impressed by Dr Burk. He tells you honestly what's going on and what would best help you. He works with you and even makes you laugh. Great guy and totally helped my nose and recommended him!
I am very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Burk. His diagnoses was correct from the first visit. He is easy to talk to,, very funny which make you comfortable. I highly recommend him.
I have been a patient for almost 30 years. I have had three surgeries by him. 0 complaints. I love Dr Burk. I trust him without hesitation. I have chronic sinus, ear and throat issues from a combination of a childhood accident and immune issues. He has always taken good care of my, sometimes, "unique" problems.
Dr. Burk is very thorough and personable. My visits are quick but I feel well informed and like I’m speaking with a friend.
I came to Dr. Burk as an out of state patient. I was thoroughly impressed with him from the moment I saw him. He was very funny and made me feel comfortable and at ease. He also didn’t waste my time. He was quick and didn’t drag the appointment on like some offices do. I appreciate that he seems to value patients time as well as their schedules.
Dr. Burk is the first doctor in my 40+ years of chronic sinus infections to prescribe effective antibiotic and steroid treatment. My previous courses of antibiotics were too short to be effective. The infection kept coming back. Dr. Burk is experienced, knowledgeable, and explains both the patient's condition and treatment options extremely well.
