After much research, we decided on a particular brand of roofing shingle. From the manufacturer's website I found Paul the Man. His price was significantly less than the other roofer using the same brand. Moreover he evaluated the existing venting and included the improvement in the cost. (Proper venting improves the life of the roof and lowers energy costs.) Additionally Paul added a couple of short roof sections that should have had gutters but didn't. Getting a new roof with Paul was seamless. He did an initial inspection, met and worked with the insurance adjuster, handled paperwork with the insurance company, and installed the new roof and attic vents on time and within the budget. Everything came off without a hitch. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs a roof repair.
