I've been a patient of this doctor for over 15 years. As far as treatment is concerned, he has always been highly professional and provided appropriate medical care. What I find very upsetting and unprofessional is that I am suddenly learning from office staff that the doctor has retired. I later find out from a eye doctor that needed the dates the referral is active that the entire office is closing and they are no longer responsible for my referrals. Switched to this doctor as my primary care a week ago and it has been impossible to make an appointment with the office. Been trying for days to call and make an appointment. They never answer the phone and leave it on an answering machine. Even after leaving a message and my number to call back they never do. Called again today and a rude medical assistant (what else is new) just said hold please and made me wait for 15 minutes before I said screw it and hung up. I have been seeing Dr Del’Aqulia, for a few years. I can’t say enough about this doctor. First he’s an AMAZING Doctor but then he’s also kind compassionate takes his time to explain everything, keeps his appointments on schedule and to top it off he does AMAZING Botox. Dr. Del’Aquila, is just an all around GREAT person. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but Dr. Del’Aquila deserves one. If your looking for a primary doctor, you won’t be disappointed with him. Laurie
