I thoughtfully selected Dr. DeFrino to perform arrhtodesis surgery on my foot. That was two years ago. I regret that decision. The surgery did not go as intended. I am in constant pain and much worse off than prior to surgery. But, no going back. I would not be writing the review if my challenge ended there. Two weeks ago, my appointment was lost. Computer problems. This week I can't make a follow-up appointment. Computers down. Left a message for call back, no calls returned. Office management needs to change.

We found the doctor's attitude to be one of attitude of impatience and utter disrespect. He spent less then 5 minutes with us. Husband has been in pain since 5/1. This dr did not care about his pain. Make appointment for a shot. who cares another 2 weeks of pain. Had to see leg specialist first - 1month to see him. Then 2 weeks for a follow up that wasn't necessary.
