I would’ve have given you less than 1 if I could have. After 9 months to finish, what a fiasco. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! Paul Davis will not give me my $2,000 deductible back & they never completed the work. They kept giving us the run around as to why they couldn't. We had to send them our deductible and now they are flaking and will not contact us back and return thousands of my dollars, with no work to show for it. Waiting for 3 months for work to begin. Not a good first impression and i hope the quality of work makes up for it. I will update when and if its done or if i have to start from scratch. Its now been five and a half months and nothing has been done. Its frustrating to think i may have to start from scratch. Waiting today for project manager to get permission to buy winterizing kit to stop heat from blowing out the window. Supposedly there was a team coming but its down to one person. Lets see what today brings!
