Outstanding service after assigned by Travelers Insurance. Communications were immediate and continuous with a response team at our door within days. They are professional, efficient and immediately accessed the water damages and initiated abatement proceedings. Danny, Jacob and Kyle have been very empathetic to our needs and are keeping us informed as to the next steps in the process. We feel extremely comfortable with their crew and couldn’t be any more satisfied with there awesome services.
Danny, Jacob, and another worker came out to our house, inspected everything, and explained what was and wasn’t needed after the Spokane Complex wildfires. They were super pleasant, answered all our questions, and didn’t give off a salesperson vibe. 1000% recommend them if you want honest information.
I had a great experience with Jacob and Dan. One of my pipes in the basement cracked and Jacob came in and did an amazing job, helping me quickly and taking good care of me. I highly recommend their services.
Danny & Jacob and the rest of the team were awesome. Managed everything from start to finish, great communication, and helpful to work with via our insurance. I hope I never have to work with them again, but I know if I have mold, they will be the first people I call!
