I had a major water leak in my kitchen and ended up having all the floors ripped up and replaced. From start to finish, Parker and his team did a fantastic job. Gave us a quote for insurance work and gave a 4-6 week estimate. We were on a tight timeline due to putting our house on the market, which was discussed. Put us off several times and finally told us they were shorthanded which was not mentioned initially. At no time were they forthcoming with any communication. I was the one that contacted them when they had passed the timeframe we were given. Was able to get someone else in right away. Don't waste your time.
