Update to our flooring project: After an initial 2 week set back due to the project manager unexpectedly stepping away from the company we contacted Paul Davis for an update on when the project would begin. Tracy was quick to respond and answer our many questions and requests. Tracy informed us that a new project manager had been assigned and would contact us before the end of the day. They came quickly after tree punctured roof and started water remediation the same day. Returned daily until all was dry.
