We had never had any type of flood damage, so this was our first rodeo and what a ride. All I can say is thank goodness we choose Paul Davis Restoration as our partner in this journey. Our first call to PD was answered by Cesar Reyes who was at our house with in 60 minutes to access the damaged and explain the mitigation process, which began that day once a claim number and approval were obtained from our insurance company. Paul Davis did some remediation work for me recently. They did an excellent job. The entire staff was professional, on time, polite, friendly and did a great job. Mike, the lead for the group, was fantastic! It’s rare to find someone as responsive in the business world. I’d hire Mike for any job. He is the best! Great manager and not afraid to get his hands dirty. I give them my highest recommendation.
