From the initial call to every call in between this company has always been professional and polite but more important personable. We had to deal with additional work around with health and hospitalizations and the team was extremely accommodating while completing the drying task at hand. They really went above and beyond when it came to my homes restoration, they treated my home and all my belongings with care, my insurance adjuster was not easy to deal with for me and for them and I appreciate Paul Davis Restoration for dealing with that with professionalism and open communication.
