On 09-17-21 Paul Davis called me at least 4 times from the receptionist, manager, supervisor, and technician. "Oh we are Allstate's providers. We ASSURE you your house will be repaired." I wanted to wait a couple of days and think on it. I was pressured and told things that never happened. They tore my house apart on Friday and did not return till Tuesday. They came to get the fans and humidifiers but did not provide me with an invoice, when they would start on the work, or anything. I would be left with a torn up house and ... read more

A simple wet carpet turned into a $6,000 + project. They recarpeted a 150 sq ft bedroom, gouged the insurance company for over $6K and then wanted an additional $350 to finish the carpet in the 4 X 6 closet. Choose a different Company that won't take advantage of a situation.
My house burned down. My insurer recommended them since I did not know of any disaster recovery firm. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If your insurer suggest them, JUST SAY NO. I have a 1200 square foot house. They charged $23K to pack up the house, store it for 7 months, clean the salvageable belongings, and unpack them. We are in day three of the unpacking, and so far it seems they did not clean one thing. The folks at PaulDavis are nice and the main representative, "B", was professional and good to talk with. However, "B's" timeliness and response to need has been the worst. Simply put, "B" gives empty promises. We have been told by "B" that repairs and workers would be out at specific times, but the workers did not show. The workers made huge ruts in our yard between our driveway and the neighbor's driveway - to a point that it is extremely difficult to mow and the possibility of falling is great. PaulDavis of Jackson did a great job! We had our roof replaced as well as repairing water damage in the garage. Their workers are all pleasant and extremely hard working. The management quickly resolved any issue that popped up, and we were extremely pleased with the work once it was completed in a quick and efficient manner. We would gladly use them again and highly recommend them to all.
What a bunch of crooks. These people did work on my grandparent's roof incorrectly. The roof work immediately started to leak in the rain. They claim the whole roof needs to be replaced and their work has nothing to do with the leak. After a quick inspection with a hose, my father and I found the leak in the roof. Sure enough, the leak was right on the edge of where this company had done their roof work. Now they REFUSE to fix the job that they did WRONG. Avoid this company at all costs.
This company is run horribly by an owner who knows nothing about business or keeping employees. When your turn over rate is 4 supervisors in less than one year, something is clearly wrong. Overcharging customers and insurance companies for work. Stealing money from employees including over time and bonus! Called corporate, called better business bureau and bay news 9.
