Everything went very well.
The team of Sophia, Jordan, Stephanie and Liz completed their removal of the damaged flooring with politeness, efficiency and expertise: Any remaining debris was thoroughly and completely removed leaving my home free of residual trash. Paul Davis Restoration of West Richmond headed by Stuart Thompson responded quickly considering our initial call for evaluation and the action needed to initiate the restoration. I would highly recommend their services. They are approved by USAA.
While our initial experience with Paul Davis was decent, and the subcontractors wonderful (minus the massive chunk taken out of our front steps and dents in the wall), the problems that are persisting after their work are reason alone why I would hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
