Terrible response time. Use anyone else! They don't value their customers. We have made our intial payment and they have not responded to emails, text, calls. We have even tried calling the main number on their website and the lady said someone would call. No response. I will also be reporting them to the insurance company they work with. This is who they recommend. Im being ghosted after payment with no work done to the house. This is fraud. Awful company.
Said a job would take 2-3 weeks and it’s been over 8 weeks and it’s still not done. Consistently changing the estimated finish date.
Worst experience of my entire life. My insurance had me use this company and I promise you neither me or my insurance carrier will ever be using them again. They lied to me every single step of they way and made a 2-3 week job take 2+ months. Working with them is absolute HELL. THIS is what my "finished and professionally cleaned" house looks like.
Wouldn't go anywhere but Ty's team for home restoration services.
They were extremely responsive and followed through on everything needed.
