Paul Davis was selected by my insurance company to mitigate the issues associated with a sewer main backup into our basement, and then restore everything to the way it was. The mitigation team was very responsive — worked until late at night on the day of the backup to make the basement bearable, and then returned the next day to finish sanitizing everything. They were great for the mitigation. But I would NEVER recommend them for ANY repairs! Horrible communication between employees and with us. It took almost TWO years to finish the repairs. The paint job was terrible, they didn’t use any primer and it peels off so easily. One of the worst experiences we’ve had with home repairs. The only positive was their mitigation work… We are actually still waiting for them to come and fix the carpet they tore up. Such a joke.
