The communication was great, and they were pushing to get the restoration done quickly (but still taking the time to make sure each step of process was completed correctly). On the question of pricing, my insurance company lined them up and paid for all services (minus my deductible), so I don't know how they are priced compared to other companies. Damaged ceiling looks like new

We had a major house fire that resulted in our home being almost a total loss along with most of our personal property inside. Paul davis Restoration did some renovation and flood cleanup for us and did a great job throughout the process. Curtis and Hasan were very informative and courteous through out the renovation as well. We would highly recommend this company!
