Paul Davis is a "preferred vendor" for Liberty Mutual and we were encouraged to go with them for fire mitigation and remodel. They caused more problems than the fire and we had to fire them and hire another company to fix their poor quality work. Save yourself the time and unnecessary added stress and hire anyone else because the second company we hired said this isn't the first time they have had to come in and fix their mistakes. 1/10 would not recommend.
Will not come back to actually do what they were hired to do. They left the floor they removed under the house! This is how they left the walls! Do they look clean? My husband wiped that spot with a paper towel.
The employees that came into my home were very prompt, professional, and efficient. They were accommodating with my work schedule for the appointments. When I made the original claim they called me within an hour. Excellent company to work with!
