Very professional, hard-working, and really cared and wanted to help
Our experience is with Paul Davis Restoration in Nixa MO. I would give contents 5 stars and demo 1 star. I wish I could separate contents and demo. Contents portion was FANTASTIC. Demo was a nightmare. They caused unnecessary damage to our roof resulting in a complete roof replacement. They overcharged and also attempted to collect from the insurance company after we had paid for the demo work. Wouldn’t recommend Paul Davis for anything other than contents.
I had an apartment fire that left my stuff smoke and water damaged. I needed my stuff cleaned and deodorized. The guys from Paul Davis came in, took inventory of everything I had, made a separate list for items that can be cleaned and everything thats was a total loss. They cleaned all my stuff carefully with no breaks or missing items. They made me a comprehensive list of total losses for my insurance. Their efficiency is unmatched.
