I'll relate our family's single experience: Vandals threw a large rock through the leaded glass panel of my mother's entry door 4/5/15. Since my mother didn't know who to contact for possible repair, she asked her insurer (USAA), who recommended Paul Davis. The door was picked up the next day with the assurance that the company 'would be in touch.' Meanwhile, my mother was left with an open entryway to her house. Terrible experience. Ended up asking them to leave after project dragged on and on with employee turnover and no help from owner. Their plumber stole scrap metal from my porch. Would not recommend this business.

Please stay away from this company. Have put in a complaint with our insurance company hopefully they will be dropped from the insurance list. They were very prompt to come out and get the damage report and to demo the bathrooms then it went downhill from then. Aug 21st they came out to demo two bathrooms and told us that we would have someone out within a week to start. They seem like good people that are either understaffed, or really really busy. Upon getting initial visit to my home, I was impressed with the detail in which they took to inspect and evaluate the damage to my kitchen. And that's where it all went downhill after that, hard to get them to come by my home again to start repairs such as cleaning, painting and remove the carpets. If you need restoration work done in Colorado Springs, the absolute LAST PLACE you want the work done is by Paul Davis Restoration. These people are unprofessional, arrogant and frankly rude. I had a homeowners claim due to some water leak problems & Paul Davis was who the insurance company sent to fix the problem. A few months later it was discovered there was an area in the crawl space that they failed to clean properly and was emtting a bad odor. I live at the bottom of a hill and once again, the sewer backed up into my basement. This is the second time since I moved in 3 years ago. My insurance recommended Paul Davis, so I went with them. They were much better than the last company that cleaned it up. Their employees were on time and were pleasant. My wife actually felt comfortable with them in the house.
