Frank, Raye and Franklin were excellent specialists in the mitigation process. All of them were very friendly, respect of the house and the state it was in, and kept communication going at all times.
Alvin and Ray were very courteous and professional with our water damage after a storm and did a complete water restoration and mitigation. Thank you!
Water mitigation is not an enjoyable process but the professional of Alvin and Ray set the bar. They worked hard and were extremely kind even with the budding questions of an 2 yr old. We are still in phase one, the thunder dome, working to remove the water. I really appreciate the team that was selected to assist us.
