In January 2024, there was an ice storm and we lost power and the pipes froze. Our insurance referred over Paul Davis Restoration to assess water damage (there was water damage) and provide mitigation. We have had the worst possible experience ever with Paul Davis do not work with this company. We had 3 different project managers.
