Paul Davis was hired by our insurance company for flooding work in our home. Their team damaged our stainless steel appliances and furniture. When we documented the damage with photos and requested fair compensation, they responded with lowball offers and policies that were never part of our contract — including an arbitrary '10-foot rule' to dismiss visible damage, and an attempt to tell us what we must accept including they decide what desk I get to replace my home office desk that they destroyed.
