Rafael came to do mold remediation in our bathroom. He was very clear in his explanation of the scope of work he was going to do. He kept us updated as the work progressed. He worked very cleanly and with as little interruption in our daily home routine as possible. He is an extremely personable man and a very good representative of Paul Davis.

Our experience was really positive and encouraging. In a time when customer service seems so poor in general, our engagement with every phase of the process of remediating our mold problem was outstanding. Special shout out to Jackson, Debra and Nathaniel, who came to our home and helped explain every aspect of the problem and proposed solution. They showed up on time, did their work without interrupting us and they left the area that they worked in spotless! They will definitely be our "go to" for future needs of this kind.... read more
