If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing restoration, Keith’s team at Paul Davis is who you want and need! They swooped in and calmed me in the beginning when I was frazzled and distraught. They packed everything up with great care and sensitivity. When they brought everything back, they were as outstanding as they were in the beginning! Cheerful, efficient, helpful, kind… And they were as happy for me as I was to be home again. Five stars isn’t enough!
Paul Davis came to my house after a bad experience with a different company and the difference was astounding. Paul Davis's guys were incredibly thorough and protective of our surrounding space. They covered everything and put up plastic zipper doors. These guys set a high bar. Very friendly as well.
We contacted the Paul Davis team after experiencing water damage in our home, and they were incredible from start to finish. Our project manager was highly communicative, always responding to our texts and calls in a timely manner. They walked us through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and why. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and left everything looking magnificent. I would highly recommend their team to anyone facing property damage.
This is my second time using this company. It was a great experience from the first phone call to the finished work. Very professional. Great communication. And I would like to give Luis recognition for going above and beyond to help me with a special request that was not on the daily plan (but helpful for the process). They made everything very easy! I unfortunatley had to use another company for a previous issue and it was NOT a good experience. These guys know what they are doing and don't cut corners. Thank you!
Salim and team did a great job!!!
