Alex that surprised our project was great. He was kind and dependable. They took care of our flooded basement in no time. Would definitely recommend them!
Paul Davis was excellent with the mitigation and repairs of our home after it flooded from a broken pipe. The quality of their work was awesome and all the staff super nice. They understood how we felt doing this process and were very supportive. Joe was excellent in coordinating everything. Shout outs to Alex and Serge and Yan for they're awesome restoration. I had a disappointing experience with this Paul Davis franchise. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. We had water damage in our playroom above the garage on May 17. Their Project Manager, Alex, and his team visited twice to assess. On May 29, I received a quote from Tom (Operations Manager/Estimator), but it only covered demolition — not restoration.
