Really happy with Alex and his team! They were professional, courteous, and fast getting the water dried up and flooring demo done!
The team showed up and did a great job investigating the issue and diagnosed it correctly allowing the plumber to come out and confirm. They cam out in the middle of a heavy rain storm and got the job done quickly and efficiently and explained all the steps. Alex’s answered all my questions and it was easy to work with them, thanks.
The men who came to the house explained in detail what they would be doing that day. They let me know what the goal was and they answered all of my questions. They called every morning to give me the expected time of their arrival. I was also given a number with which to reach them if I had any concerns or problems. The men from Paul Davis did a fine job.
Alex that surprised our project was great. He was kind and dependable. They took care of our flooded basement in no time. Would definitely recommend them!
Paul Davis was excellent with the mitigation and repairs of our home after it flooded from a broken pipe. The quality of their work was awesome and all the staff super nice. They understood how we felt doing this process and were very supportive. Joe was excellent in coordinating everything. Shout outs to Alex and Serge and Yan for they're awesome restoration.
