We had a tree fall on the roof and caused water damage in our bathroom. Paul Davis restoration was assigned to help by my insurance company. They responded fast. Each person from this company that I interacted with was professional and communicative. Lenny was one of the clean up guys and they did a fantastic job getting everything cut out so they could start the dry out process. The insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration to handle the water leak which damaged my wood flooring. Paul Davis responded quickly and began the restoration process. The employees have communicated and explained the repair schedule. If I have any questions, they are answered right away. I have been very happy with this business.
I had some problems with the workmanship and minor communication issues at the time of our installation of our flooring. When all was said and done Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Georgia took care of the concerns in a prompt manner at my convenience. I plan to continue to use their services and highly recommend them. They backed up their work unconditionally and in a friendly manner!
We had Andrew come project over our work and him and his team did a wonderful job after getting insurance to cover what had to be covered once the project was in motion they did it swiftly and perfectly the team he had here was excellent Tyler Hermon and Keith there was one more sadly i don’t remember his name but all of them did an immaculate job and were nice talkative helpful answer questions funny makes jokes but they stayed focused and didnt derail they were always working hard and doing a great job while doing it bless... read more
