I continue to be impressed with the professional, knowledgeable, and caring employees and staff of Paul Davis. In particular, I would like to thank Chris Morgan as he continues to check in throughout every phase of the projects associated with my water damage to ensure completion. Having a dedicated and caring contact made the whole experience much easier to handle.
This has been the worst experience! The company does not take care of your home! They demand payment and damage as they go. Why would you have to claim damages after the company gets finished, they did them…fix what you did. They attempted to fix my ceiling 4 times, they say it’s the lighting. It did not look that way before?!? Still waiting for the owner to get from out of town to call me…
Great company! We called them at 10pm one night for severe water damage from a leaking toilet..Hunter cheerfully rushed to our house & removed wet carpet & began the process of removing hardwood floors. Hayden & Lenny have been great as well. And Garrett, the President, came to meet with our insurance adjuster. They’re not only experts in their field, but also very friendly to work with. I give them my highest recommendation!
We experienced a water damage loss which involved our ceiling and hardwood floors. It was an insurance loss and our insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Georgia to manage the completion of all repairs. We worked with Chris as our project manager and his timely response, professionalism and genuine care and consideration made this unexpected hardship so much easier for our family.
