Paul Davis Restoration was so wonderful after our basement flooded. When we called the office number Susan explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions and concerns. Tyler was one of the crew they sent to our house and he was amazing! I highly recommend them over any other restoration company. You will not regret hiring them, we are so thankful that they were able to help us.

My basement flooded due to a power failure during a storm, both sump pumps stopped working. It was a very difficult time in my life. My son was seriously ill when the flood happened, I contacted Paul Davis told them the situation. They not only did a great job on my basement but were very concerned about my situation with my son and worked when it was convenient for me. They did a great job and completely dried out my basement. I can't thank them enough for a great job and their compassionate care.
