Had a tarp that ripped off of my roof late in the evening and they were able to get it corrected in a very short time. Thank you Carrie for communicating to the necessary people. Thank you Stacie for lining up the personnel and thank you Ethan for getting that done quickly and efficiently. Know it was a long day for all you and appreciate those steps you guys took so that my home was protected from more damage.
Do not use this company after a fire. If the company contacts us and makes our issues right, I will update this post. We keep getting the run around. Highly dissatisfied. Corporate finally called after my husband made another attempt with them. They listened and said they will reach out to the franchise. So, we are still waiting. When your house gets smacked with an 80 year old silver maple, you want Stacy, Morgan, Raegan. and all of the great people at Paul Davis on your side. ****** You may relate to this, but when that silver maple falls on your house, it’s not something you exactly know how to handle.
