I got a referal to call this company to dry out a flooded bathroom, they did, but after a week they decided to tear up part of the tiled floor. Had they done so with care - not destroying it, the tile could have been saved, but I wonder if the goal was to force a complete restoration of the bathroom. They made no attempt to save the tile, nor what they left as that was also damaged. Had the company come out for a leak in our Ceiling. Ultimately had to have the whole ceiling replaced. The crew that came out did amazing fast work and it looks like we never had a leak!
Not done yet but we have been working "together" for the last 7 months. I am so grateful I chose Paul Davis.
