After having mitigation and remediation completed by another contractor due to a kitchen line leak, I was so glad to have Paul Davis North Atlanta handle the rebuild. The entire team worked quickly and efficiently, and I truly appreciated the daily communication from the project manager, Edward Reyes who kept everything moving smoothly and kept me well informed throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with this company. Gabe, the project manager, is not only professional, he cares. He stayed in touch and kept me updated every step of the way. There were never any surprises because he always prepared me for the next step. He also honestly gave me all of my options, instead of forcing his opinions on me. The work on my house was completed faster than anticipated. My house is now whole. I would definitely use this company again. I would also recommend it. Gabe is definitely an asset to this company.
I called Paul Davis when I had a water issue in my home. I worked with Christian and Miriam and they thoroughly explained everything they were doing to handle the situation and make sure I did not have mold in my home. They were so kind and really handled everything with care. I was very nervous because I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before. They could not have made it easier! I hope to never have an issue like this again but if I do, they are my first call!
After an unexpected tub leak at 7 in the morning, the folks at Paul Davis sent Cristian and Mariam out to our place in just a few hours.
