This Paul Davis saved one of my Real Estate deals. The home was inspected and indicated mold. Understandably, my client was freaked out and thought she might have to walk away from a home she loved. Paul Davis went out a found it to be DUST! They didn’t charge me for the visit, AND when the lender saw mold on the inspection report, they too freaked out. Dave sent an email and cleared it all up in order to make closing ON TIME! Dave, Paul Davis, you guys absolutely ROCK!!!
Its been a rough few months with 2 major leaks in out condo. Paul Davis has saved us BOTH times! Just recently our kitchen was damaged and the tile needed removed...Cristian and Mariam came in, tested for moisture, removed the damaged tile and set up the fans needed to dry everything...24hrs later, we are ready to replace the flooring! Professional, kind, quick and thorough! Cant recommend them enough!
