We’ve used Paul Davis in the past and have always been pleased. This last time, we had a flood in a bedroom. The project manager, Robert Grant, quickly coordinated an emergency response and his team (Malik and one other) showed up quickly. Once the situation stablized, Robert made sure dry wall was repaired and, knowing we had an out of town guest coming, he personally showed up to replace carpet padding and re-tacked the carpet himself. Serious customer service!!!!

Incredibly great customer service! Went way out of their way to pick up the pieces after Stop Restoration created a total mess and had to go away. And then they sorted through a couple of subcontractors to find the best fit for my home's needs. It's been the best experience. Thank you, Joanna!
