“This is so bad I want to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one”. In reality the one star rating is for the office management and PM assigned to my project. Took almost a year, multiple order mistakes made through out and office was not responsive unless you are persistent. BEWARE if in need of restoration work. Emergency work crew was excellent though.
Terrible service, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a follow up from Paul Davis after the initial visit. I have water leaking into my house after each rain. I have reached out to the technician numerous times as well as their main office, only to be told someone would contact me. I have not received any writeup or cost estimate so I can't even submit a claim to the insurance company. Very disappointed in their service.
